We use your name, email address, sign-in details and saved learning records to provide your account and private learning workspace. Learning records include the notes, progress, assessments and project evidence you choose to save. If you use a password, we store a password hash rather than your readable password. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic account/profile information and authentication credentials used to sign you in.

Cloudflare hosts the application and its account and learning databases. Resend delivers verification, recovery and account-deletion emails. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. These providers process information needed to perform those functions. Sign-in uses essential cookies. IP addresses and request information may be processed for security, rate limiting and service operation. The application does not use advertising trackers or sell your learning records.

We keep account and learning records while your account is active. You can export your learning records from your account page. Account deletion removes your sign-in account and saved learning records from the active application; provider logs and recovery copies may remain for their applicable retention periods. A deleted founding membership leaves an anonymous occupied-place number and claim time so the first-100 offer cannot be reissued. Contact us if you cannot use the deletion flow or need to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.

Do not upload confidential employer/client information, credentials or other material you are not authorized to store. We will update this notice when the service's data practices change and identify the updated date on this page.
